Helpful hints:

 

1. When logging in for the first time everyone will be prompted to create an account (use your northcoast.com email). If you have a login from your flights to the Leadership and Sales Meeting, you will use this login.

2. Everyone MUST add your personal traveler details and click ‘submit’

3. Once logged in, select ADS United Circle of Excellence and click on the "Book" button to proceed and search flight options.

4. Your travel details will be pre-populated with your home departure city, arrival city Phoenix (PHX) and the group travel dates (4/23 and 4/26). If you need to make any adjustments, please do so here.

​

NOTE: if you wish to extend your stay at The Boulders Resort & Spa, please wait to book your flights until you have been notified that your hotel reservation can be extended. Main group travel dates are Wednesday, April 23 and Saturday, April 26.  If you wish to extend your stay in Scottsdale, pre or post event dates, you will be responsible for any additional cost in airfare and/or hotel.​​​

6. Review your selected flights and click ‘Passengers’.

7. Review your traveler details and click ‘Review and Book’.

8. Review your trip summary and click ‘Book Trip’.
