WHERE/WHEN IS THE CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE 2025?

Circle of Excellence 2025 will take place in Scottsdale, Arizona from April 23 - April 26, 2025.

CAN I EXTEND MY HOTEL STAY?

If you would like to extend your stay pre- or post-event at The Boulders Resort, please request extended dates during the registration process. Do not book flights until you have been notified that your hotel reservation can be extended. We will provide confirmation once the extension is approved so you can move forward with booking air travel.

IF I EXTEND MY DATES, WILL I STILL GET THE ADS UNITED RATES AT THE BOULDERS RESORT & SPA?

ADS United has negotiated the group rate at $379 US + tax per night. If you wish to extend your stay pre- or post-event dates, please inform us prior to booking your flights and we will check hotel availability. Responsibility for payment of these extensions will be paid by the invitee.

CAN I BRING MY FAMILY?

No, this event is for Circle of Excellence winners only.

IF I CHOOSE NOT TO ATTEND THE EVENT, WILL I GET EQUAL CASH AND GIFTS?

No, if you are awarded the Circle of Excellence trip and choose not to attend or cannot attend, there will be no other gifts or prizes as an alternative.

DO I NEED TO USE VACATION TIME IF I ATTEND CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE? No, the dates of the event - April 23, 24, & 25 are considered regular work days and you do not have to use paid time off. However, if you choose to extend your trip before or after the event, those days would be considered personal and you would need to use paid time off for those days.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ATTENDING CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE, WHAT IS INCLUDED?

The following is covered:

Economy fare flight for the invitee
Ground transportation for the invitee to/from the airport/hotel in Arizona
1 Casita Hotel Room for the nights of April 23, 24 & 25
Food and drinks during sponsored events/activities for invitee
Resort credit for meals at leisure

DO I NEED TO ATTEND CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE COORDINATED EVENTS?

You are expected to attend all coordinated events during Circle of Excellence. We have scheduled some free “at leisure” time so you can experience off-property activities or simply enjoy this beautiful resort!

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY? WILL THE TRIP BE CANCELED?

We will do our best to ensure that the Circle of Excellence trip goes ahead without a hitch, but sometimes mother nature has other plans. We will be keeping a close eye on the weather, health concerns, and other global circumstances that might impact the trip, as we get closer to the travel dates. It is difficult to make adjustments to a large group trip like this, but our team of professionals have a lot of experience in this space and will do what they can to accommodate.

WILL I HAVE TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE?

No. At present, there are no restrictions for travel within the US. We will abide by the local travel requirements when it pertains to Covid vaccinations and/or testing.

WHERE IS THE MAIN AIRPORT LOCATED?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located in Phoenix, Arizona. It is about a 35-minute drive from this airport to The Boulders Resort & Spa in Scottsdale.

DO I NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND?

No. If you chose to do so (at your own expense) please ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage. You can get around Scottsdale and the surrounding areas using Uber/Lyft. Airport and event transportation will be arranged for you.

MY FLIGHTS ARE BOOKED, MAY I STILL MAKE CHANGES?

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO EXPENSE WHEN I GET HOME?

The only items you can expense are the following:

Airport parking or Uber/taxi/shuttle at home airport for the Circle of Excellence dates in accordance with normal travel policy
(1) checked bag for the invitee
Food and beverage outside of the resort on travel dates as per company policy
